Firstly let’s talk timing. Your Home Care Agreement includes a start date. We have two weeks from this date to complete the initial care planning process (see Step 1). Once that’s done, we’ll guide you through the remaining steps, ensuring everything is completed as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below the diagram, you’ll find helpful links with more detail about each step.
