Your Support at Home Care Collective

Meet your local Home Care Advisor

Rebecca is a dedicated Care Advisor with over nine years of experience across the aged care sector. Her career began as a Support Worker in residential aged care before progressing into nursing, where she gained extensive experience delivering high-quality care to older Australians.

Throughout her nursing career, Rebecca completed rural and remote placements in residential aged care, developing a strong understanding of the unique challenges faced by older people in diverse communities. She later transitioned into community nursing, supporting clients receiving Home Care Packages and providing nursing services under the NDIS.

Rebecca also worked within the Short-Term Restorative Care (STRC) program, now known as the Restorative Care Pathway (RCP), where she found particular satisfaction in building meaningful relationships with clients and helping them achieve positive outcomes during times when support was needed most.

Passionate about community care, Rebecca is committed to helping older people maintain
their independence, dignity, and quality of life while remaining safely in their own homes. She values the opportunity to work closely with clients and their families, providing guidance, advocacy, and person-centred support that empowers individuals to continue living life on their own terms.

“Supporting older people to remain independent in their own homes isn’t just my profession – it’s my passion.”
