Katrina Ong(Non Executive Director)

Katrina is currently a Partner at Pride Living leading the Quality Management and Clinical Governance services of the advisory firm. She works with providers to transform the way in which consumer care is delivered in aged care services, as well as to ensure their systems respond to the Aged Care Quality Standards.
Prior to this, Katrina has worked in ‘hands-on’ roles with Residential Care operators, Estia Health and Bupa Aged Care.
Katrina is a Registered Nurse and is currently pursuing a master’s in business administration with the Australian Graduate School of Management and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
