Whether you’re keeping your current service providers or hiring new ones, they’ll need to register with Capital Guardians to receive payments. Capital Guardians is the online platform we use to manage all financial aspects of your Support at Home funding.

Simply send your service provider’s email address to your Care Advisor and they will send them an invitation to register.

Important things to note:

– Local Guardians reserve the right to reject service providers.
– Providers must upload compliance documents before scheduling services.
– Any services without validated documents cannot be paid through your Support at Home Funding.
– Per Departmental requirements, providers must also submit shift notes after each service is provided.
