What is Support at Home Funding?

Support at Home is the new in home aged care program replacing the Home Care Packages and Short-Term Restorative Care programs from 1 Nov 2025.

Defined by My Aged Care, it aims to provide government-subsidised support, equipment, and modifications to help older Australians live independently at home longer. It includes access to services like personal care, nursing, physiotherapy, cleaning, meal preparation, assistive technology and home modifications.
