I deliver cleaning/ gardening/ allied health services. Do I have to enter shift notes?

 Yes, any services provided through the HCP program require a shift note. A brief description of the tasks you completed with any relevant comment on the welfare of the client (if you saw them) is sufficient. This may be as little as a few sentences. A full report or health summary (for Allied Health) is not required.
