What do the invoice statuses mean?
| Status Term | Meaning |
| Unclaimed | The claim has not yet been submitted to PRODA. |
| Processing | The claim has been submitted to PRODA and is currently being processed. Payment from the Government is pending. |
| Funded | Payment has been received from the Government, and the invoice is ready to be paid. |
| Underfunded | The invoice cannot be paid due to insufficient funds. Possible reasons include: – Payment from the Government has not been received for the claimed invoice – Negative GST balance – Client wallet is not set up or has insufficient funds to cover the required contribution. |
| Pending Review | A data issue is preventing the invoice from being claimed or paid. Investigation is required. |
| Paid | The invoice has been successfully paid to the nominated bank account. |
