How It All Started


Our story began in 2014 when we were founded as a subsidiary of Capital Guardians, one of Australia’s largest processors of care payments.

Capital Guardians (est 2008) services tens of thousands of clients each year across NDIS, home care and residential aged care. With their backing, we’re able to focus on delivering simple, transparent and cost effective home care package management for our own clients AND those of our partners.

We set out with a clear mission: to give care managers more valuable client time by automating admin tasks and keeping fees low. Since day one, Local Guardians has led the industry with care management fees at 10% or less, delivering more care hours to our clients.
