Local Guardians uses the Capital Guardians financial management system.  Capital Guardians manages individual accounts for thousands of aged care customers across Australia and has been operating since 2009.  Through an AFSL (financial license) the financial governance around personal expenses are kept secure in the name of the care recipient and do not have administration or cost burdens.  The service allows the provision of goods and services to individuals through an inexpensive cloud based paperless system that eliminates administration workload for suppliers and individuals.  Responsible persons obtain best practice control and governance oversight of all money flows, no matter how small.
